LINEAR GUIDEWAY

Hiwin has multiple lines of Linear Guideways, from the HG Series with 4-direction loading to the EG self-aligning series. Hiwin offers guideways to handle high stiffness, high precision, and high speed automation. Their rail systems are high quality with quick delivery.

The MG Series is a miniature guideway. Hiwin offers self-lubricating systems, quiet guides with ball chain technology, high rigidity versions, and high temperature options.

BALL SCREWS

Hiwin has the capability to produce JIS C0 class ground ballscrews and DIN 5 (up to 23 microns) for rolled ballscrews.

They have manufacturing capabilities to produce OD ballscrews from 4mm to 100mm.

Options include high speed S Series, High Dm-N Series, Self-lubricating, Rotating Nut, High Load Drive, Metallic End Cap, and customised designs.
